The Advance Exchanges as per warranty guidelines of the clients. This service is contained across the counter exchanges or advanced shipment of a new component for a failed unit. EDS takes complete responsibility of the defective and swap stock, manages the customer requests, processes warranty validations and provides comprehensive reporting.
We also provide Warehousing (Moving and storing the parts and unit inventory) and Imports Management (Assisting overseas clients for import of parts and refurbished units for warranty services and re-export of defectives) services to manage the complete cycle of importing the swap stock into the country and ships back the defectives to the original manufacturers/clients.
