RMA services include pick-up services from customer or receipt of defective products sent by the customer to have the product repaired or replaced or in order to receive a refund or credit for another product from the same retailer or OEMs.

          We provides repairing and screening service for end user returned defective products In / Out of OEM warranty. The NTF tests are performed as per OEM guidelines and on test equipment.  The good units are added to the swap stock, while defective units are sent for repairs or are returned to the OEMs.
